I have always worked in the Banking and Finance Industry. I was passionate about giving good customer service but was restricted by one bank's policies. When I became The Loan Lady and started my Mortgage Broking Business I found that I could help so many more people as there are so many lenders to chose from. There is not much that I don't know about Banking and Finance, and I look forward to educating more clients and helping them achieve their goals. I'm a Mother so I can do a lot of hand holding if required. I was a Small Business Lending Manager in my previous Banking life so I can assist with any business enquiries too.
