Perpetual Conveyancing was established to provide a high quality conveyancing service throughout New South Wales.

Principal & Licensee David Sharrock is highly regarded in all aspects of conveyancing; including but not limited to; residential and commercial properties sales and purchases, property transfers, retail and commercial leasing, buying and selling of businesses and ‘off the plan’ transactions.

David is able to competently perform these property transactions whilst assisting clients in a timely and cost effective manner. 

David also brings a wealth of legal and building industry experience to this conveyancing business. He served as a Policeman in the NSW Police Force for 13 years and also ran his own successful business specialising in the consultancy and training pertaining to the prevention, treatment and eradication of termite infestations.

David is passionate about property and law which has seen him personally invest, renovate and sell his own properties.

David is also qualified and licensed timber and pest inspector who can competently read and interpret pest and building reports also holding qualifications in project management.

David is also a Justice of the Peace. Our JP services are free of charge and available during business hours.
